We first visited the beautiful Ilha Grande in Angra dos Reis, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 30 years ago.
From the moment we stepped foot in the iland, we were in love. The idyllic beaches, the crystalline waters, the lush rainforest interior —Ilha Grande has it all.
Friends, and friends of friends from Brazil and abroad came to visit us and more friends wanted to be invited. Now, we are thrilled to open doors to visitors. Enjoy perusing our two properties: Casa do Canto, a converted 5 bedroom fisherman's home footsteps from Abraao Village, and the Sitio, a 9 suite compound tucked away beneath the jungle canopy overlooking the tranquil bay of Abraaozinho.
The House
A beautiful house located in the far end of Abraao beach, just 10-minute walk from the center of Vila do Abraao. 5 comfortable rooms as well as a spacious common area. Accommodates up to 10 people. Good for families, friends and groups that want to enjoy the island and be close to all the facilities and services of Abraão.
The Sitio
The Sitio is located in the tranquil bay of Abraaozinho (10-minute boat from Vila do Abraao). It is composed by 2 houses, the CABANA and the SOBRADO, which together offer 9 comfortable suites. Good for families, friends, groups and events. Ideal for those in search of peace and immersion in nature with comfort and exclusivity.
